1. Delivery Options

We offer the following shipping services to suit your requirements:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): Free of charge for all orders. Please allow 5 to 12 working days for your order to be delivered.

• Express Delivery (DHL Express): Available at an additional cost calculated at checkout. Please allow 5 to 8 working days for your order to be delivered.

2. Delivery Deadline

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we aim to deliver your order without undue delay. By default, unless otherwise agreed, all orders will be fulfilled within 30 days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our London facility.

3. Risk of Loss or Damage

At Gallardo Gents, we take full responsibility for your order during transit.

• Store Liability: The risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with Gallardo Gents until the products are physically received by you or a person nominated by you to take possession of the goods.

4. Delivery Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate at the time of purchase. We cannot be held liable for delayed or lost packages resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
