Refund & Returns Policy

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-off Period)
Under the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.

Returning Goods: You are responsible for returning the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of the return postage.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the items have been handled in a way that diminishes their value.
2. Refund Timeline
Upon receiving the returned items, we will process your refund:

Refund Scope: We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges. Please note that if you opted for an enhanced or express delivery service, we will only refund the cost of our basic standard delivery.

Processing: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have posted them back to us.

Method: Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Faulty Goods (Short-term Right to Reject)
We take great pride in our tailoring. If your item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose:

Within 30 Days: You have a 'short-term right to reject' the item and are entitled to a full refund if the fault is reported within 30 days of delivery.

After 30 Days: Should a fault occur after 30 days, we are entitled to offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not successful, you may then be entitled to a full or partial refund.
4. Exclusions
Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to items that have been personalised or made to your specific measurements (bespoke tailoring), as these are exempt under UK law.
